Weird Al

I decided to post some Weird Al because I really like him and because he’s an MST3K fan which makes him ultra cool in my book! He got his first break from LA radio DJ Dr. Demento when he was 16 years old and then he went on to have a string of hit song parodies. The beauty of a Weird Al parody is that you can still enjoy a song even when you have no idea what he used for a reference. Case in point, here’s “CNR,” a great rock song about Charles Nelson Riley. I have no clue what the original was.

Charles Nelson Riley seriously rocks. I believe every word of this song. That is all.
